Sign in with an email code

One account for stores, standalone tools and your catalog, with a 6-digit code instead of a password.

One account on this website is used for everything: your connected Shopify stores, the standalone tools and your catalog. There is no password.

Sign in

  1. Open Sign in.
  2. Enter your name and your email, and click Email me a code.
  3. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and click Sign in.

The code works for 10 minutes and for 5 tries. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then click Send a new code. We send at most three codes an hour to one address.

The first time you sign in with an email, the same form creates your account. Your name is only used then; you can change it later in Account.

Signing out and other devices

Sign out is at the bottom of the dashboard's menu. Each browser stays signed in for up to 14 days.

Used The RenderX before?

  • Catalog accounts made with a password: sign in with the same email and a code. Your rings and catalog are all there.
  • Shopify stores: sign in, then connect your store once. See Connect your Shopify store.

Delete your account

Account → Delete account deletes your account, your rings, catalog and AI photos at once. A paid standalone plan is cancelled at PayPal first. Your Shopify app stays installed on your stores.
